Adjacent neighborhood definition

Adjacent neighborhood means a residential area as determined by the authority immediately adjoining or near a downtown area within the same municipality.

  • Neighborhood means either of the following:

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;
