Adjusted Class F Rate definition
Adjusted Class F Rate. With respect to any Distribution Date, the product of (i) the fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Class F Distribution Amount for such date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the start of the related Due Period, and (ii) the fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is 360 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days in the related Accrual Period.
