Adjusted Collateral Value definition

Adjusted Collateral Value means, at any time (a) in the case of Collateral referred to in clause (a) or (b) of the definition of such term, 97.087% of the Collateral Value thereof, (b) in the case of Collateral referred to in clause (c) of the definition of such term, 95.238% of the Collateral Value thereof and (c) in the case of Collateral referred to in clause (d) or (e) of the definition of such term, 86.957% of the Collateral Value thereof.
Adjusted Collateral Value means, with respect to each Collateral Loan, as of any date of determination and expressed as a percentage of the Principal Balance of such Eligible Collateral Loan, a percentage equal to:

Examples of Adjusted Collateral Value in a sentence

  • Pledgor agrees that the failure to maintain Collateral with an Adjusted Collateral Value as set forth above shall constitute an Event of Default under this Agreement.

More Definitions of Adjusted Collateral Value

Adjusted Collateral Value means, with respect to any Asset, its Assigned Value multiplied by its Principal Balance; provided that, the parties hereby agree that the Adjusted Collateral Value of any Asset (or portion thereof) that is not a Portfolio Asset shall be zero.
