Adjusted Discount Rate definition

Adjusted Discount Rate means, with respect to any Purchased Receivable during any Settlement Period, a rate per annum equal to the sum of (i) the BSBY Rate as determined by the Administrative Agent for an assumed interest period of one month commencing two (2) Business Days prior to the first day of such Settlement Period, plus (ii) the Applicable Margin.
