Adjusted FIBO Rate definition

Adjusted FIBO Rate means, with respect to each Interest Period for a Eurocurrency Advance, the rate obtained by dividing (A) FIBOR for such Interest Period by (B) a percentage equal to 1 MINUS the then stated maximum rate (stated as a decimal) of all reserves requirements, if any, applicable to the Currency Lender in respect of such liabilities.
