To the extent that the Concessionaire and the Department cannot agree on the changes within 20 Days of the Concessionaire delivering the proposed Adjusted Financial Model Update or Base Case Financial Model Update (as applicable) to the Department, the Dispute will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures described in Article 21.
