Adjusted Financial Model means the computer model, (the output from which is provided in electronic and hard copy format) which is prepared for and on behalf of the Operator and using the assumptions set out in the Financing Documents and other Project Documents and commitments of the Operator to produce financial projections as required by this Agreement, as the same is adjusted (subject to Clause 15.7 of the Senior Credit Agreement) from time to time in accordance with economic, financial and technical assumptions and/or forecasts and the current financial position of the Operator.
