Adjusted Monthly Salary’ definition
Adjusted Monthly Salary’ means the original monthly salary less the voucher value. ‘Child’ means a person up to the 1st September following their fifteenth birthday or 1st September following their 16th Birthday if they are disabled. ‘Parent/Guardian’ means that the child is a child or stepchild of the employee and is maintained (wholly or partly) at the employee’s expense, or is resident with the employee and is a person in respect of ‘Parental responsibility’ means all rights, duties, powers, responsibilities and authority which by law a parent of a child has in relation to the child and the child’s property. ‘Registered or approved childcare’ includes
