Adjusted Net Income from Continuing Operations definition
Adjusted Net Income from Continuing Operations means the Company’s consolidated net income from continuing operations, as determined under U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, for the fiscal year, as reported in the Company’s financial statements utilizing the forecasted normalized effective tax rate, which may be adjusted to exclude the following items:
Adjusted Net Income from Continuing Operations means, as of any date of determination, Net Income from Continuing Operations plus any net income (or loss) related to the Retained MBS Portfolio that is included in Net Income from Discontinued Operations.
Adjusted Net Income from Continuing Operations means net income, plus loss from discontinued operations, net of taxes, income tax expense (benefit), derivative (gain) loss, loss on extinguishment of debt, non-cash stock compensation expense, acquisition-related professional fees, officer severance and non-cash loss (gain) on revaluation of contingent consideration.
