Adjusted NPAT definition
Adjusted NPAT means the net profit after tax of each Target Group Company, for each financial year, based on its audited financial statements, after adjusting for and/or deducting any applicable cost of funding (being an amount equal to fifteen per centum (15%) per annum of the cash value of any capital injected and/or funds advanced by the Company to any Target Group Company to help it meet its working capital and/or cash flow requirements for any applicable financial year) from the net profit after tax.
Adjusted NPAT means net profit after tax before goodwill amortisation;
