Examples of Adjusted Pinnacle Option in a sentence

• Each Adjusted Pinnacle Option shall be treated in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Merger Agreement.

• The per share exercise price of the Adjusted Pinnacle Option shall be equal to the product of (A) the per share exercise price of the Pinnacle Option immediately prior to the Time of Distribution multiplied by (B) a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the Opening Pinnacle Stock Price (as defined below) and the denominator of which shall be the Closing Pinnacle Stock Price (as defined below), which product shall be rounded up to the nearest whole cent.
