Adjusted Relative TSR Factor definition
Adjusted Relative TSR Factor means (a) if NBHC’s TSR for the Measurement Period is less than zero, then the lesser of (i) the Relative TSR Factor and (ii) 1.000; and (b) if NBHC’s TSR for the Measurement Period is equal to or greater than zero, then the Relative TSR Factor.
