Adjusted Service Date definition

Adjusted Service Date means, with respect to an Eligible Executive, the date on which such Eligible Executive is deemed to have commenced full-time employment with the Company Group (or, if applicable, with an Acquired Company), as determined in in accordance with the Company’s human resources policies and procedures (as in effect from time to time) and reflected in the Company’s human resources information system.
Adjusted Service Date means the service date adjusted by the amount of any creditable service other than membership service, or for any periods of interrupted service, and from which all creditable service shall be calculated.
Adjusted Service Date means, unless otherwise provided in a Benefit Schedule, the first day of an Employee’s employment with the Group; adjusted to reflect breaks in service under rules promulgated by the Administrator and the rules set out below.

More Definitions of Adjusted Service Date

Adjusted Service Date means the date a person was initially hired by the county, adjusted to reflect leaves of absence without pay over thirty days and/or other temporary lapses in county service.
Adjusted Service Date. A date equal to an Employee's hire date or as that date may be adjusted as a result of (i) an Employee's termination of employment with all Related Companies and reemployment with a Related Company or (ii) an Employee's service with a predecessor or acquired company. Adjusted Service Date means the Employee's most recent date of hire with an Employer, as adjusted by KeyCorp to reflect any prior periods of service with KeyCorp.
