Adjusted Treasury Yield definition

Adjusted Treasury Yield means the Treasury Yield plus, in the case of a distribution to holders of Class G Certificates, 225 basis points and, in the case of a distribution to holders of Class C Certificates, 250 basis points.

If there is no such U.S. Treasury constant maturity having a term equal to any such Remaining Scheduled Payment Life, such implied yield to maturity will be determined by interpolating linearly between (1) the U.S. Treasury constant maturity so reported with the term closest to and greater than such Remaining Scheduled Payment Life and (2) the U.S. Treasury constant maturity so reported with the term closest to and less than such Remaining Scheduled Payment Life. The Adjusted Treasury Yield shall be rounded to two decimal places.
