Adjusted Weighted Average Moody definition
Adjusted Weighted Average Moody s Rating Factor” means, as of any Determination Date, a number equal to the Moody’s Weighted Average Rating Factor determined in the following manner: each applicable rating on credit watch by Moody’s that is on (a) positive watch will be treated as having been updated by one rating sub category, (b) negative watch will be treated as having been downgraded by one rating sub category and (c) negative outlook will not be adjusted, in each case, rounding the result down to the nearest whole number.”
