Adjustment Agreement definition

Adjustment Agreement means one of two or more standardised agreements the effect of which is that -
Adjustment Agreement means the agreeemnt attached as Exhibit “E”.
Adjustment Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3 hereof.
