Adjustment Payment Calculation shall have the meaning given in Section 4.04(i). Section 1.17 “Applicable Hours” shall mean the actual hours worked and estimated month end hours accrued consistent with current payroll processes for all active hourly employees (including straight time and overtime temporary employees, but excluding PRP Employees and employees in JOBs banks or on layoff or leaves) of Delphi at all Delphi Facilities for which Delphi is eligible to receive the labor reimbursement pursuant to section 4.01 hereof during any period referred to in section 4.01(c) hereof; provided, however, that hours worked by hourly employees of Delphi the cash expenditures in respect of which are not included in the definition of Labor Cost Amount shall not be Applicable Hours.
