Retirement allowance means the retirement payments to which a member is entitled.
Administration Costs means all costs to administer and distribute the Settlement Fund including the costs and professional fees of the Claims Administrator and the costs of implementing the Notice Plan;
Administration Fee means the fee payable to the Administrator pursuant to Section 3 of the Administration Agreement.
NOx Allowance means an authorization to emit a specified amount of NOx that is allocated or issued under an emissions trading or marketable permit program of any kind that has been established under the Clean Air Act or a state implementation plan.
SO2 Allowance means “allowance” as defined at 42 U.S.C. § 7651a(3): “an authorization, allocated to an affected unit by the Administrator of EPA under Subchapter IV of the Act, to emit, during or after a specified calendar year, one ton of sulfur dioxide.”
Administration Fees The sum of (i) the Servicing Fee, (ii) the Master Servicing Fee and (iii) the Credit Risk Management Fee.

Administration Fund means the Administration Fund established by the Fiscal Agent pursuant to Section 4.01 hereof.
Settlement Administration Costs means all costs and fees of the Settlement Administrator regarding Notice and Settlement administration.
Special Allowance Payments means payments, designated as such, consisting of effective interest subsidies by the Department in respect of the Trust Student Loans to the Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of the Trust in accordance with the Higher Education Act.
Administration Charge means a charge established in accordance with Chapter 90.50A RCW and Chapter 173-98 WAC, to be used to pay Ecology’s cost to administer the State Revolving Fund by placing a percentage of the interest earned in an Administrative Charge Account.
Administration Expenses means all fees, disbursements, expenses, costs, taxes and any other amounts incurred or payable by the Plaintiffs, Class Counsel or otherwise for the approval, implementation and operation of this Settlement Agreement, including the costs of notices, but excluding Class Counsel Fees and Class Counsel Disbursements.
Administration Account As defined in Section 7.02.
Settlement Administration Expenses means the Settlement Administrator’s fee, and the expenses incurred by the Settlement Administrator in providing Notice, processing claims, exclusions, and objections, responding to inquiries from members of the Settlement Class, mailing checks for Approved Claims, and related services, paying taxes and tax expenses related to the Settlement Fund (including all federal, state or local taxes of any kind and interest or penalties thereon, as well as expenses incurred in connection with determining the amount of and paying any taxes owed and expenses related to any tax attorneys and accountants).
PHARMACY ALLOWANCE means the lower of: • the amount the pharmacy charges for the prescription drug; • the amount we or our PBM have negotiated with a network pharmacy; or • the maximum amount we pay any pharmacy for that prescription drug.
Administrative Costs means all costs and expenses associated with providing notice of the Settlement to the Settlement Class and administering and carrying out the terms of the Settlement.
Compensation Fund means the fund maintained by the Society pur- suant to Sections 21 and 22 (as substituted, respectively, by Sections 29 and 30 of the Act of 1994) of the Act of 1960;
disability living allowance means a disability living allowance under section 71 of the SSCBA;
Administrative cost means a fee imposed to cover:
Class Expenses means expenses incurred by a particular Class in connection with a shareholder services arrangement or a distribution plan that is specific to such Class or any other differing share of expenses or differing fees, in each case pursuant to a plan adopted by the Trust pursuant to Rule 18f-3 under the 1940 Act, as such plan or Rule may be amended from time to time;
emission allowance means a financial instrument as defined in point (11) of Section C of Annex I of Directive [new MiFID].
Preferred Allowance means the amount a Preferred Provider will accept as payment in full for Covered Medical Expenses.
Maximum Applied Water Allowance (MAWA) means the upper limit of annual applied water for the established landscaped area as specified in Section 492.4. It is based upon the area's reference evapotranspiration, the ET Adjustment Factor, and the size of the landscape area. The Estimated Total Water Use shall not exceed the Maximum Applied Water Allowance. Special Landscape Areas, including recreation areas, areas permanently and solely dedicated to edible plants such as orchards and vegetable gardens, and areas irrigated with recycled water are subject to the MAWA with an ETAF not to exceed 1.0. Allowance means compensation payable to an employee in addition to the regular remuneration payable for the performance of the duties of his position.
