FII will provide the FII Project Funding to the Recipient in the manner contemplated in Schedule 3 (Terms of Payment) in respect of the Eligible Costs incurred by the Recipient as described in Schedule 4 (Eligible Cost Rules) and in respect of the Administration Allowance contemplated in Schedule 5 (Administration Allowance).
