Account Administrator means the person(s) who have been granted authority by Customer to set up, amend, or otherwise control settings and/or make additional purchases for the Account via the Administrative Portal. Account Administrators may have varying levels of Account rights, skills, or permissions.
Administration Fund means the Administration Fund established by the Fiscal Agent pursuant to Section 4.01 hereof.
Self-administration means carrying and taking medication without the intervention of the school nurse, approved through the school district policy and restricted to students with asthma, other potentially life-threatening illnesses or life-threatening allergic reaction.
Administration Fee means the fee payable to the Administrator pursuant to Section 3 of the Administration Agreement.
Administration Agreement means the Administration Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, among the Administrator, the Issuing Entity, the Depositor and the Indenture Trustee, as amended from time to time.
SARON Administrator means the SIX Swiss Exchange AG (or any successor administrator of the Swiss Average Rate Overnight).
Benchmark Administrator means, initially, the SOFR Administrator, or any successor administrator of the then-current Benchmark or any insolvency or resolution official with authority over such administrator.
Administration Costs means (a) the costs and expenses associated with the 17 production and dissemination of the Notice; (b) all reasonable costs incurred by the Settlement 18 Administrator in administering and effectuating this Settlement, including costs of distributing the 19 Settlement Amount, which costs are necessitated by performance and implementation of this 20 Agreement and any court orders relating thereto; and (c) all reasonable fees charged by the 21 Settlement Administrator.
Settlement Administration Costs means all costs and fees of the Settlement Administrator regarding Notice and Settlement administration.
Settlement Administration Expenses means all fees, disbursements, expenses, costs, taxes and any other amounts incurred or payable for the approval, implementation and operation of this Settlement Agreement, including the costs of notices and including the Settlement Administration Expenses Fund, but excluding Class Counsel Fees and Class Counsel Disbursements;
Change in Control Protection Period means the period beginning on the date of the consummation of the Change in Control and ending on the first anniversary of such Change in Control.
Settlement Administrator means the administrator proposed by the Parties and appointed by the Court to administer the Settlement.
Administrator/Benchmark Event Date means, in respect of an Administrator/Benchmark Event, the date on which the authorisation, registration, recognition, endorsement, equivalence decision, approval or inclusion in any official register is (i) required under any applicable law or regulation; or
Administration of Medication means the act of placing a medication in or on an individual's body by a staff member who is responsible for the individual's care.
