Administrative Advances definition

Administrative Advances. As defined in Section 3.23(b).

Administrative Advances shall have the meaning set forth in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

Examples of Administrative Advances in a sentence

• The Servicer or the Trustee, as applicable, shall not be responsible for advancing Monthly Payment Advances or Administrative Advances with respect to the Companion Loans.

• All Administrative Advances shall accrue interest in accordance with Section 3.23.

• From time to time the Master Servicer (or the Trustee, to the extent provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement) (i) shall be required to make Servicing Advances and Administrative Advances with respect to the Mortgage Loan, subject to the terms of the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement and this Agreement, and (ii) may be required to make P&I Advances on the Lead Securitization Notes, if and to the extent provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement and this Agreement.

• Parent and Borrowers have certain other arrangements that may be classified under Permitted Administrative Advances and Permitted Other Distributions pursuant to which goods and services are exchanged between Parent and Borrowers, and certain other intercompany arrangements.

• All Administrative Advances shall accrue interest in accordance with Section 3.21.

• Monthly Administrative Advances: The Agency may advance funds to the DMO each month based on the number of recipients enrolled in a disease management project.

• The Servicer or the Trustee, as applicable, shall not be responsible for advancing Monthly Payment Advances or Administrative Advances with respect to the Companion Loan.
