Administrative arrangements definition

Administrative arrangements means arrangements of a technical and/or operational nature concluded by the Office, which may in particular aim at facilitating the cooperation and the exchange of information between the parties thereto, and which do not create additional legal obligations.
Administrative arrangements means the Administrative Arrangements for Regional Processing and Settlement Arrangements in Nauru: supporting the Memorandum of Understanding between the Republic and the Commonwealth of Australia, relating to the transfer to and assessment of persons in Nauru and other related Issues 2015;
