Administrative Cause definition
Administrative Cause means that a Director shall be found to have violated any policy or procedure of the Corporation’s or to the extent applicable to the Corporation, the Corporate Member’s code of ethics, conflict of interest and governance policies but such violation does not rise to the level of constituting Cause.
