Administrator Accounts definition

Administrator Accounts means the accounts made available to you by BT in order to access the Cloud Hosted Control Infrastructure.
Administrator Accounts has the meaning set out in Section 7.

Examples of Administrator Accounts in a sentence

  • Administrators are responsible for managing Customer’s Enterprise Service subscription, any associated Customer account details, and access to End User Devices and Accounts, including other Administrator Accounts, via the Administrative Console and for complying with this Agreement, and applicable laws.

  • Certain Licensed Users may terminate their use of the Services; provided, however, that their Partner School may require satisfaction of certain requirements prior to termination of Administrator Accounts or accounts of School Personnel.

  • The Customer, holder of a company account (the "Company Account") must designate one or more authorized Users (as defined below) who, as supervisors, managers, or administrators, are responsible for the administration (one or more " Administrator Account(s)”) of the Customer’s Authorized User sub-accounts on the Platform (the “Employee Accounts” and collectively with the Company Account and the Administrator Account(s), the( s) “Account(s)”).

  • Administrators are responsible for (i) maintaining the confidentiality of passwords and Administrator Accounts; (ii) managing access to Administrator Accounts; and (iii) ensuring that Administrators' use of the Services complies with this Agreement.

  • For the sake of clarity, only Administrator Accounts allow use and access to the Employer Features.

  • Customer's Administrator Accounts may have the ability to access, monitor, use, or disclose data available to individual Users.

  • Partner School, through Authorized Representatives or Administrator Accounts, may grant permission to Student Users to have User Accounts and use the Services.

  • The distribution channels available on the platform in your Administrator Account(s) and all related End User Accounts will be disabled immediately after the termination of our contractual relationship, so new content can not be sent to the DSPS.

  • Certain Licensed Users may terminate their use of the Services; provided, however, that Partner School may require satisfaction of certain requirements prior to termination of Administrator Accounts or accounts of School Personnel.

  • Customer may specify one or more administrators through the Administrative Console who shall have the rights to access Customer’s Administrator Account(s) and to administer the End User Accounts.
