Administrator Compensation definition

Administrator Compensation means the remuneration paid to a facility administrator regardless of the form in which it is paid. “Administrator Compensation” includes salary, wages, fringe benefits, allowances, bonuses, debt forgiveness, severance payments, payments for accumulated but unused leave and payments of amounts previously deferred. “Administrator Compensation” includes fees regardless of the label placed on them, for example, consultant fees or director’s fees.

Examples of Administrator Compensation in a sentence

  • Provide Administrator Compensation to Administrator in accordance with Section 5.

  • VaxCare pays all Administrator Compensation through this electronic payment platform.

  • If VaxCare, in its sole discretion, does not present such an invoice, VaxCare may apply the amount due by Administrator to Administrator Compensation earned by Administrator.

  • VaxCare will not provide any Administrator Compensation to Administrator for Non-Conforming Vaccinations.

  • The Administrator Compensation shown in Exhibit D may be changed by VaxCare with 30 day advanced notification to Administrator outlining the new compensation amount(s) and stating the reason for the change, which may include, but is not limited to, change in VaxCare Vaccine costs, change in payor reimbursement to VaxCare, or a change in Law.

  • The Administrator Compensation shall be the net difference of all amounts due to the Administrator under the terms of this Agreement for the respective period, less all amounts due to VaxCare under the terms of this Agreement.
