Admissible Value definition

Admissible Value means the value of an asset determined in accordance with PRU 1.3;
Admissible Value means the amount of contributions invested in the RESP that have not been withdrawn or transferred, less any net loss of any kind generated or realized as part of the administration of the RESP.
Admissible Value means the value determined in accordance with Chapter 4 of IPRU (INS);

  • Applicable Value means, as of any date, with respect to each Share, the fair value of such Share, as determined in good faith by the Board of Directors.

  • Average value means the value which best represents the amount of the nutrient which a given food contains, and reflects allowances for seasonal variability, patterns of consumption and other factors which may cause the actual value to vary.

  • Note Value means, with respect to any day, the present value of the unpaid Scheduled Payments on the Receivables, discounted at an annual rate equal to 4.75%.   • Base taxable value means the agreed value specified in a resolution or interlocal agreement under Subsection 17C-1-102(8) from which tax increment will be collected.

  • rateable value means, in relation to a rateable value premises, the rateable value of that rateable value premises as at 31 March 1990 as assessed under the 1967 Act;

  • Ending Value means the average of the values of the Basket at the close of the market on five business days shortly before the maturity date of the Notes. We may calculate the Ending Value by reference to fewer than five or even a single day's closing value if, during the period shortly before the maturity date of the Notes, there is a disruption in the trading of a sufficient number of stocks included in any Basket Index or certain futures or options contracts relating to a Basket Index.

  • Reference Value means the last reported sales price of the shares of Common Stock for any twenty (20) trading days within the thirty (30) trading-day period ending on the third trading day prior to the date on which notice of the redemption is given.

  • Net Agreed Value means, (a) in the case of any Contributed Property, the Agreed Value of such property reduced by any liabilities either assumed by the Partnership upon such contribution or to which such property is subject when contributed, and (b) in the case of any property distributed to a Partner or Assignee by the Partnership, the Partnership’s Carrying Value of such property (as adjusted pursuant to Section 5.5(d)(ii)) at the time such property is distributed, reduced by any indebtedness either assumed by such Partner or Assignee upon such distribution or to which such property is subject at the time of distribution, in either case, as determined under Section 752 of the Code.

  • Appraised Value The value set forth in an appraisal made in connection with the origination of the related Mortgage Loan as the value of the Mortgaged Property.

  • Agreed Value of any Contributed Property means the fair market value of such property or other consideration at the time of contribution as determined by the General Partner. The General Partner shall use such method as it determines to be appropriate to allocate the aggregate Agreed Value of Contributed Properties contributed to the Partnership in a single or integrated transaction among each separate property on a basis proportional to the fair market value of each Contributed Property.

  • Declared Value means your assessment of the cost of reinstatement of the property insured (as defined in Basis of settlement - Reinstatement) at the level of costs applying at the inception of the period of insurance (ignoring inflationary factors which may operate subsequently) together with insofar as the insurance by the item provides due allowance for

  • RI Value means, in respect of a Reference Item and a ST Valuation Date, (i) the RI Closing Value for such Reference Item in respect of such ST Valuation Date, divided by (ii) the relevant RI Initial Value (expressed as a percentage).

  • Stored value means monetary value that is evidenced by an electronic record.

  • Salvage value means the amount received for property retired, less any expenses incurred in connection with the sale or in preparing the property for sale, or, if retained, the amount at which the material recoverable is chargeable to materials and supplies, or other appropriate account.

  • rand value means the total estimated value of a contract in Rand, calculated at the time of bid invitation, and includes all applicable taxes;

  • Recovery Quarter has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(a)(ii) of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.

  • Net salvage value means the salvage value of property retired less the cost of removal.
