Adobe Software means software that we include as part of the Adobe Services, as well as any applications (including mobile applications), Sample Files and Content Files, scripts, instruction sets, and related documentation. Use of Adobe Software is subject to a separate agreement between you and us and these Terms.

Adobe Software means machine readable, object code versions of software provided by IM to ATMI pursuant to this Agreement (if identified in Purchase Documentation), and licensed by Adobe Systems Incorporated to ATMI in accordance with the terms and conditions of ATMl’ s end user license agreement with Adobe.

• Except as expressly permitted by us, you may not create Developer Software that (A) removes or otherwise obscures any Adobe “About” or “Info” screens or pages in any Adobe Services or Adobe Software; or (B) degrades, adversely affects, or otherwise negatively interferes with the functionality or appearance of any Adobe Services or Adobe Software.

More Definitions of Adobe Software

Adobe Software means all software sold by Adobe during the term of the Agreement. Adobe Software shall be deemed to include the Extended Trial Software.

Adobe Software means (a) all or any portion of the unmodified computer programs, both in source and object code form, and compilations thereof, as described in the applicable Reference Port Appendix provided by Adobe to EFI and (b) any changes to such software which Adobe may supply to EFI.

Adobe Software means (a) the unmodified computer programs, in source and/or object code form, known collectively as Adobe's PostScript interpreter software (i.e., version 3011 and above but excluding any future Adobe interpreter software, whether or not based on the PostScript imaging model, marketed by Adobe as a new product rather than as an enhanced version of PostScript 3 interpreter software), as identified in an appendix or materials release form (or by other means when delivery is made to Peerless via the World Wide Web), (b) other software programs, identified as "Adobe Software" in an appendix or materials release form (or by other means when delivery is made to Peerless via the World Wide Web), and (c) any enhancements or modifications to any of the foregoing as provided by Adobe to Peerless. The source components of the Adobe Software are identified either as "Adobe Support Source" or "Adobe Core Source" as described below. * Confidential treatment has been requested for portions of this exhibit. Adobe Software means the Adobe Flash® Player, Version 33.x and subsequent versions.

Adobe Software means (i) the computer programs known collectively as the Configurable PostScript Interpreter software as provided by Adobe to OEM hereunder and without any OEM modifications or additions thereto, but not including the Demonstration Program(s), (ii) any other software programs identified in Exhibit A ("Description of Adobe Software") or designated as "Adobe Software" in any CPSI Application Appendix hereto, and (iii) any corrections, changes, alterations or enhancements to the Adobe Software, including Internal Improvements, supplied by Adobe to OEM pursuant to the terms hereof or any corrections or updates to the Adobe Software supplied to OEM by Adobe under the terms of a Continuing Support Agreement between the parties.
