Custom Software definition

Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.
Custom Software means Software developed as a Deliverable or in connection with the Agreement.
Custom Software means Software that does not meet the definition of Commercial Software.

  • Such Custom Software developed under an authorized Statement of Work will incorporate the terms and conditions of this Schedule by reference and include additional Custom Software maintenance fees.

  • If New World agrees to provide maintenance support for Custom Software or Licensed Standard Software modified at Customer's request, then the additional New World maintenance or support services provided shall be billed at the then-current hourly fees plus reasonable expenses.

More Definitions of Custom Software

Custom Software means any software developed by the MCO: for HHSC; in connection with the Contract; and with funds received from HHSC. The term does not include MCO Proprietary Software or Third Party Software.
