Adopted Protocol definition

Adopted Protocol means the method(s) for the Interchange of Messages between the respective Parties and an intermediary appointed pursuant to Clause 8 for the presentation and structuring of the transmission of Messages as defined in Annex A;

In these Rules, references to "electronic" include a reference to mechanical, electromechanical, optical, electro-chemical or other medium for the storage or conveyance of transmitted Messages. 1.5. These Rules shall apply to all Messages between Bolloré Logistics and its Customers using the Adopted Protocol in relation to the provision by Bolloré Logistics of any Services to which these Conditions apply.
