ADS Deposit Agreement definition

ADS Deposit Agreement means the Amended and Restated Deposit Agreement among the Company, The Bank of New York Mellon and all holders from time to time of American Depositary Receipts issued thereunder.

ADS Deposit Agreement means the Amended and Restated Deposit Agreement, dated as of May 1, 1991 and amended as of May 1, 1992, among the Company, Xxxxxx Guaranty Trust Company of New York, as depositary, and the holders from time to time of the American Depositary Receipts issued by the ADS Depositary and evidencing the ADSs issued thereunder, as such agreement may be amended from time to time.

ADS Deposit Agreement means the deposit agreement, dated November 4, 1999, among the Company, Citibank, N.A., as the Depository and holders of ADSs from time to time.
