Xxxxxx Guaranty Trust Company definition

Xxxxxx Guaranty Trust Company of New York (the "Collateral Agent") is a signatory hereto for the sole purpose of providing the confirmations and agreements referred to in paragraph 1 hereof.

  • Citibank, N.A. will initially act as depositary for Clearstream and Xxxxxx Guaranty Trust Company of New York, Brussels Office, will initially act as depositary for Euroclear.

  • In the event that Buyer fails to make any payment when due, Seller shall have the right to charge interest on the amount of the overdue payment at a per annum rate which shall be two percentage points higher than the published prime lending rate of Xxxxxx Guaranty Trust Company of New York on the date payment was due, but not to exceed the maximum rate permitted by law.
