ADT Collateral Agreements definition

ADT Collateral Agreements means, each of (i) the Collateral Agreement (First Lien), dated as of July 1, 2015, among Prime Security Services Borrower, LLC, each Subsidiary Loan Party thereto, and Barclays Bank PLC (as successor in interest to Credit Suisse AG, Cayman Islands Branch, as collateral agent), and (ii) the Collateral Agreement (Second Lien), dated as of January 28, 2020, among Prime Security Services Borrower, LLC, Prime Finance Inc., each Subsidiary Guarantor party thereto, and ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, National Association, as collateral agent.
