ADT NA Distribution Date definition

ADT NA Distribution Date has the meaning set forth in the ADT NA Separation Agreement.
ADT NA Distribution Date means the date on which Tyco International distributes all of the issued and outstanding shares of ADT NA Common Stock to the holders of Tyco Common Stock.
