Advance Credit definition

Advance Credit has the meaning ascribed to that term in Section 9 of Appendix II.

Examples of Advance Credit in a sentence

  • The Target Mastercard has a portion of the Credit Limit available for Cash Advances (“Cash Advance Credit Limit”).

  • We may, but are not required to, approve transactions that exceed your Credit Limit or your Cash Advance Credit Limit without liability to you and without obligating us to do so in the future.

  • We may also change a Credit Limit or a Cash Advance Credit Limit based on any information provided to us by a consumer reporting agency, including your risk score at the consumer reporting agency or information about credit accounts you have with other companies.

  • You agree that we may change a Credit Limit or a Cash Advance Credit Limit, at any time for any reason not prohibited by law, including, but not limited to, changes in your credit capacity, your pattern of payments to us, or your purchasing behavior.

  • Sales, Cash Advance, Credit or other slips cannot be returned with any statement.

  • You agree that you will not exceed your Cash Advance Credit Limit that we establish for your Account.

  • Your Cash Advance Credit Limit is a portion of your general Credit Limit and is only available to the extent that you have an amount available under the general Credit Limit for your Account.

  • You understand that, in certain instances, authorization for a Cash Advance transaction may be denied even though you have adequate availability under your Cash Advance Credit Limit.

  • We may increase or decrease your Cash Advance Credit Limit at any time, in our sole discretion.

  • Upon the request of the Bank, or as provided in the Credit and Collateral Policy, the Borrower shall sign and deliver to the Bank a promissory note or notes and such other Supplemental Documentation in such form as the Bank may reasonably require evidencing any Advance, Credit Product, Derivative Transaction or Other Product.

Related to Advance Credit

  • Revolving Advance has the meaning given in Section 2.1.

  • Maximum Revolving Advance Amount means $25,000,000.

  • Revolving Advances means Advances made other than Letters of Credit.

  • Advance Amount means, with respect to any Asset for which any Liquidation Proceeds are received, the product of (i) the Maximum Advance Rate and (ii) the Collateral Balance of such Asset immediately prior to the sale or payment that gave rise to such Liquidation Proceeds.

  • Gross advance amount means the sum payable to the payee or for the payee's account as consideration for a transfer of structured settlement payment rights before any reductions for transfer expenses or other deductions to be made from such consideration.
