  • An Advance Facility Counterparty whose obligations are limited to the making of Advances will not be deemed to be a Subservicer under this Agreement.

  • Such notice from the Advance Facility Counterparty and the Servicer must specify the amount of the reimbursement and must specify which Section of this Agreement permits the Advance to be reimbursed.
