Advance Rate Adjustment Factor definition

Advance Rate Adjustment Factor means, with regard to any Collateral Obligation, the amount equal to (i) the Total Net Leverage Ratio as of the Relevant Test Period most recently ended prior to the Cut-Off Date for such Collateral Obligation divided by (ii) the Total Net Leverage Ratio as of the Relevant Test Period most recently ended prior to the relevant date of determination; provided that such amount shall not be greater than 1.0 at any time.

  • Advance Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.13.

  • Central Bank Rate Adjustment has the meaning given to that term in the Reference Rate Terms.

  • Discount Factor means the percentage discount applied to additional APCs when more than one APC is provided during the same visit (including the same APC provided more than once). Not all APCs are subject to a discount factor.
