Advance Schedule definition

Advance Schedule means an Air Carrier flight schedule submitted prior to, or on, the designated due date for participation in the Advanced Review set forth in Section 5.0 of these Procedures. Advanced Schedule(s) shall include for each flight; the flight number, scheduled arrival and departure time, aircraft type, frequency of operation, city of origin and destination and the preferred Common Use or Preferential Use Gate.
Advance Schedule. A schedule detailing the expected dates and amounts of proposed Advances and Equity Advances to fund Project Costs, prepared by the Borrower and certified by the Lender’s Engineer, as amended from time to time in accordance with Section 6.8(c) of the Common Agreement.
Advance Schedule means the Advance Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference which sets forth the date and amount of each Advance and each prepayment of the Advancement as provided herein.

  • The Cut-off Date Schedule of Purchased Assets and Assumed Liabilities, the Cut-off Date Mortgage Loan Schedule, the Cut-off Date Servicing Advance Schedule and the calculation of the Cut-off Date Purchase Price shall be subject to approval by Purchaser, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Advance Schedule means means an Air Carrier’s flight schedule submitted in the form required by the City’s Airport Operations Division prior to, or on, the designated due date for participation in the forty-five (45)-day review thereof by such Division pursuant to Exhibit C.
Advance Schedule. A schedule (provided in Microsoft Excel format) detailing the expected dates and amounts of proposed Advances under each of the Original FFB Note Purchase Agreement and the Additional FFB Note Purchase Agreement and Base Funding contributions to fund Project Costs, in each case consistent in all material respects with the most recent Construction Monitoring Report, the Construction Budget and the Summary Project Milestone Schedule – Regulatory Based, prepared by the Borrower, as updated from time to time in accordance with Section 4.2.1.

Advance Schedule means the schedule detailing when the City Funding will be advanced to the Recipient, as set forth in Schedule “C” hereto;
Advance Schedule means the advance schedule delivered pursuant to Section 4.1.2(a)(v), as amended from time to time with DOE’s consent.
