Advance Shares definition
Advance Shares means the Common Shares that the Company shall issue and sell to the Investor pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Advance Shares means all shares of Common Stock issued, or that the Company shall be entitled to issue, per any applicable Advance Notice in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
