  • Contractor and each Group Provider shall comply with all bylaws, Medical Staff and Advanced Practice Professional Staff policies, rules and regulations of Hospital and the Medical Staff and Advanced Practice Professional Staff (collectively, the “Hospital Rules”), and all protocols applicable to the Services or the Hospital (the “Protocols”).

  • Hospital shall neither have nor exercise any control or direction over Contractor’s or any Group Provider’s professional medical judgment or the methods by which Contractor or any Group Provider performs professional medical services; provided, however, that Contractor and Group Providers shall be subject to and shall at all times comply with the Protocols and the bylaws, guidelines, policies and rules applicable to other members of the Medical Staff or Advanced Practice Professional Staff.

  • If Group Clinician is not a member in good standing in the “active staff” category of the Advanced Practice Professional Staff as of the Effective Date, Group Clinician shall have a reasonable amount of time to obtain such membership, provided that Group Clinician diligently pursues such membership in accordance with the normal procedure as set forth in the Advanced Practice Professional Staff bylaws.
