Advanced Remote Hands Service definition

Advanced Remote Hands Service is defined in Section 3.4.
Advanced Remote Hands Service means repair and maintenance services that require taking Customer Equipment off rack as detailed in Clause 2.4 below;

Examples of Advanced Remote Hands Service in a sentence

  • Any particular Advanced Remote Hands Service that is commissioned by Customer and performed by Provider shall be deemed to be part of the “Services” under this Agreement.

  • Customer shall further be solely responsible for maintaining the Customer Equipment in operable condition by requesting Advanced Remote Hands Service in accordance with Section 3.7 (Service Orders) hereof.

  • Customer acknowledges that Provider will not conduct maintenance of the Customer Equipment, except to the extent Provider agrees to Customers’ requests for Advanced Remote Hands Service.

  • Any software or firmware installed on any Hardware Unit as part of the Advanced Remote Hands Service must be pre-approved by Provider.

  • Enhanced recovery means the process or combination of processes applied to a formation to extract hydrocarbons in addition to those that would be produced utilizing the natural energy existing in that formation. Examples of enhanced recovery include water flooding and carbon dioxide (CO2) injection.

  • Advanced registered nurse practitioner or “ARNP” means a person who is currently licensed as a registered nurse under Iowa Code chapter 152 or chapter 152E who is licensed by the board as an advanced registered nurse practitioner.

  • Self-service display means the open display or storage of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia in a manner that is physically accessible in any way to the general public without the assistance of the retailer or employee of the retailer and a direct person-to-person transfer between the purchaser and the retailer or employee of the retailer. A vending machine is a form of Self-Service Display.

  • Low dose-rate remote afterloader means a brachytherapy device that remotely delivers a dose rate of less than or equal to 200 rads (2 gray) per hour at the point or surface where the dose is prescribed.

  • Remote computing service means a custodian that provides to a user computer-processing services or the storage of digital assets by means of an electronic communications system, as defined in 18 U.S.C. 2510(14), as amended.

  • Enhanced 911 Service (“E911”) means a telephone communication service which will automatically route a call dialed “9-1-1” to a designated public safety answering point (PSAP) attendant and will provide to the attendant the calling party’s telephone number and, when possible, the address from which the call is being placed and the Emergency Response agencies responsible for the location from which the call was dialed.

  • Advanced life support means functional provision of advanced airway management, including intubation, advanced cardiac monitoring, manual defibrillation, estab- lishment and maintenance of intravenous access, and drug therapy.

  • Level of service has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(c).

  • Emergency removal means the suspension or expulsion of a student on an emergency basis, consistent with state law. Nothing in the Title IX regulations precludes a district from removing a respondent from the district’s education program or activity on an emergency basis, provided that the district follows all procedures under Massachusetts law, undertakes an individualized safety and risk analysis, determines that an immediate threat to the physical health or safety of any student or other individual arising from the allegations of sexual harassment justifies removal, and provides the respondent with notice and an opportunity to challenge the decision immediately following the removal.

  • Advanced computing means any technology used in the design and development of 1 or more of the following:

  • Enhanced 9-1-1 service or "E-911" means a service consisting of telephone network features and

  • Post-paid calling service means the telecommunications service obtained by making a payment on a call-by-call basis either through the use of a credit card or payment mechanism such as a bank card, travel card, credit card, or debit card, or by charge made to a telephone number that is not associated with the origination or termination of the telecommunications service. A post-paid calling service includes a telecommunications service, except a prepaid wireless calling service, that would be a prepaid calling service except it is not exclusively a telecommunications service.

  • Value-added non-voice data service means a telecommunications service in which computer processing applications are used to act on the form, content, code, or protocol of the information or data primarily for a purpose other than transmission, conveyance, or routing.

  • Class of Service means the various categories of service generally available to customers, such as business or residence.

  • Qualified Service Provider means a Person with specific educational training or at least two years of experience in delivering the Supportive Service(s).

  • Outage means the state of a component when it is not available to perform its intended function due to some event directly associated with that component. An outage may or may not cause an interruption of service to customers, depending on system configuration.

  • Length of Service means total length of time within the Agency. For the purpose of this definition any service prior to a break-in-service with the Agency of more than ninety (90) days shall not be computed in determining length of service. (This will not preclude a reinstatement of a former Agency employee who has been separated from state service for ninety (90) days or less.)

  • Month of Service means a calendar month in which an employee is in receipt of full salary or wages in respect of the prescribed number of working hours in each working day in the month and includes a calendar month in which an employee is absent on special leave without pay not in excess of twenty (20) working days.

  • Self-service storage facility or "facility" means any real property designed or used for the purpose of renting or leasing individual storage space to tenants who are to have access to that space for the purpose of storing and removing personal property.

  • Prepaid wireless calling service means a telecommunications service that provides the right to utilize mobile wireless service as well as other non-telecommunications services, including the download of digital products delivered electronically, content and ancillary services, which must be paid for in advance that is sold in predetermined units or dollars of which the number declines with use in a known amount.

  • Termination of Service means:

  • Certified service provider means an agent certified:

  • payment service user means a natural or legal person making use of a payment service in the capacity of either payer or payee, or both;

  • Active User means PSC employees, and any users actively participating on the system in any given month of operation, who shall be bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Licensor does not impose a limit on the number of Active Users accessing or registering to use the system.

  • EMV PSP Service means the Card payment gateway services, which may be powered by one or more third-party suppliers, you access and use to route Card based payments you accept from a Service User to submit for authorization and settlement to the Merchant Acquiring Bank.

  • Manual Load Dump Action means an Operating Instruction, as defined by NERC, from PJM to shed firm load when the PJM Region cannot provide adequate capacity to meet the PJM Region’s load and tie schedules, or to alleviate critically overloaded transmission lines or other equipment.
