Advanced Rent definition

Advanced Rent means the sum stated in the booking details which will be a true advance payment of rent to cover your Rent payment obligations under this contract.

Examples of Advanced Rent in a sentence

  • Accordingly your first installment will constitute the sum detailed in your Booking Details, less the Advanced Rent paid.

  • The provisions of this clause 10 shall only apply if your Booking Details state that an Advanced Rent is payable.

  • If the Property is re-rented for the contract amount all Advanced Rent Payments will be refunded except any costs or fees incurred by the Owner.

  • In the event that You fail to take up the Tenancy from the Start Date, or that You fail to pay the Advanced Rent Instalment before or on the corresponding Rent Payment Date and We cancel Your booking as a result, We shall be entitled to retain the Deposit in full.

  • In the event Tenant receives FDIC approval or of Tenant’s waiver of this condition, then Landlord shall apply the Advanced Rent to the first three months Base Rent due under the Lease and the Lease shall continue as herein provided.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, firm bookings will take precedence over bookings with signed Agreement but with incomplete Advanced Rent Payment and as availability of rooms reduces, potential occupiers who have signed the Agreement will be notified by Study Inn (by email to the email address provided to Study Inn) and given the opportunity to confirm their bookings by making an Advanced Rent Payment.

  • If you decide to not grant the Tenancy to the Tenant after Advanced Rent has been paid by the Tenant, SPEEDHOME shall impose penalty of RM1,000.00 on you.

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Sublease to the contrary, in the event Master Landlord's Consent is not received within thirty (30) days after the date of this Sublease, or such later date Sublandlord and Subtenant may agree in writing, this Sublease shall automatically become null and void, in which case Sublandlord shall return any Security Deposit and prepaid Base Rent or Advanced Rent Payment to Subtenant.
