Advantage Program. One annual subscription to the Advantage Program. • This program includes the following components per year: • Up to 100 Advisor hours annually • Annual one-day Planning Meeting • Quarterly Technology Webcasts • 50 Learning and Services credits per year. Advantage Program. This term refers to a program authorized by a Medicaid waiver between the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) and the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS). The Advantage program is operated by the Department of Human Services (DHS) through a contractual agreement with the Long Term Care Authority of Tulsa. Thus, the term Advantage program staff or Advantage program means those persons employed by the Department of Human Services and the Long Term Care Authority.
