Advertisement Period definition

Advertisement Period means the period from the Commencement Date to the Expiry Date and includes the period of installation and removal of the Advertisement on the Media Panel.
Advertisement Period means the period from the Commencement Date to the Expiry Date (both dates inclusive) and includes the period of installation and removal of the Advertisement from the Advertising Medium (if applicable).

  • Unless otherwise expressly provided in the Special Conditions, no replacement of FA or Advertisement will be made during the Advertisement Period.

  • In any such event, the Company, may, in its absolute discretion, compensate the Advertiser for any portion of the Advertisement Period during which the Advertisement is not displayed for the reasons set out in this Clause, by providing the Advertiser with a replacement Advertisement Period ("Replacement Advertisement Period") of equivalent length.

  • The Company shall determine in its sole discretion when such Replacement Advertisement Period shall commence.

  • If disabled, the router will not allow any device to automatically control the resources, such as port forwarding (mapping), of the router.Advertisement Period: The Advertisement Period is how often the router will broadcast its UPnP information.

  • The Company reserves the right to amend Media Charges at any time during the Advertisement Period without prior notice.

  • In the event the Advertiser wishes to make any change to the Commencement Date of the Advertisement Period for either buses or taxis, the Advertiser may so request by giving the Company at least four (4) weeks prior notice in writing of such change, subject to a maximum postponement period of twelve (12) weeks from the original Commencement Date.

  • In the event the Advertiser fails to commence the Advertisement after the twelve (12) weeks' grace period from the date of Commencement Date specified in Clause 16.1. for buses or taxis, the Advertisement Period shall be deemed to have commenced and the Company shall, without prejudice to any other rights and/ or remedies of the Company, be entitled to charge the Advertiser for the Advertisement Period in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Advertisement means a notice that is broadcast or published to the general public or specific market segments about your goods, products or services for the purpose of attracting customers or supporters. For the purposes of this definition:

  • Advertisements or “Advertising” means display of any advertisement material including pictures, printed material, electric / electronic media, smart posters, holographic images, visual display or any other innovative advertising media, etc which are not objectionable or prohibited under various statutes, codes, policies, etc as applicable from time to time.

  • Promotion Period means the period the Promotion is open, as specified in clause 5.1.

  • Public Advertisement means an announcement dated 05.07.2021 in newspaper(s) inviting an expression of interest from the Bidders, who shall submit their Bid to participate in the liquidation process of the Company in accordance with the provisions of IBC and Liquidation Process Regulations.

  • Hire Period means the period commencing when the Customer holds the Hire Goods on hire (including Saturdays Sundays and Bank Holidays) and ending upon the happening of any of the following events:

  • Advertising device means any device or object erected or located so as to attract public attention to any goods or services or facilities or events and includes flags, banners, pennants and lights;

  • Telephone solicitation means any voice communication over a telephone for the purpose of encouraging the recipient of the call to purchase, rent, or invest in goods or services during that telephone call. Telephone solicitation does not include any of the following:

  • Advertising Materials means any advertising, marketing, merchandising, promotional, public relations (including press releases) and display materials relating to or concerning the Licensed Products, or any other advertising, merchandising, promotional, public relations (including press releases) and display materials depicting any of the Licensed Trademarks.

  • Advertising means the planning, creating, or placing of advertising in newspapers, magazines,

  • Advertising sign means any surface or structure with characters, letters or illustrations applied there-to and displayed in any manner whatsoever outdoors for the purpose of advertising or giving information or to attract the public to any place, person, public performance, article, or merchandise, and which surface or structure is attached to, forms part of, or is connected with any building, or is fixed to the ground or to any pole, screen, fence or hoarding or displayed in space, or in or over any water body included in the jurisdiction of the Authority;

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • Agreement Period shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Clause 3.2 of this Agreement.

  • SOFR Observation Period means, in respect of an Interest Accrual Period, the period from (and including) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period to (but excluding) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the Interest Period Date for such Interest Accrual Period;

  • Radio means a system for transmitting sound without visual images, and includes broadcast, cable, on-demand, satellite, or internet programming. Radio includes any audio programming downloaded or streamed via the internet.

  • Notice-triggering Personal Information means the personal information identified in Civil Code section 1798.29 whose unauthorized access may trigger notification requirements under Civil Code section 1798.29. For purposes of this provision, identity shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, email address, identifying number, symbol, or other identifying particular assigned to the individual, such as a finger or voice print, a photograph or a biometric identifier. Notice-triggering Personal Information includes PI in electronic, paper or any other medium.

  • Non-Solicitation Period means a period of 12 months after the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company.

  • Basic Term shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.2 of the Lease.

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;

  • Investment Period means, and shall be equal to, the Standard Investment Period.

  • Release Period means the period specified in paragraph 3(d) of the letter of consent.

  • Publication Date means an Ordinary Publication Date or an Extraordinary Publication Date, as the case may be.

  • Television means a system for transmitting visual images and sound that are reproduced on screens, and includes broadcast, cable, on-demand, satellite, or internet programming. Television includes any video programming downloaded or streamed via the internet.

  • Barrier Observation Date means each of the Barrier Observation Dates as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If a Barrier Observation Date is not a Calculation Date for one or more Basket Components, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the respective Barrier Observation Date for all Basket Components.

  • Program Period means the period of time which the department intends to support the program without requiring the recompetition for funds. The program period is specified within the grant application.

  • Marketing Period means the first period of 21 consecutive business days throughout and on the last day of which (a) Parent, Merger Sub and their financing sources shall have received completed Offering Documents including Required Information (including the Required Information with respect to the Company’s fiscal year ended January 25, 2010) for all of the Available Financing, and such Required Information contained in all of the Offering Documents is Compliant, (b) all conditions set forth in Section 6.1 and Section 6.2 (other than those that by their nature will not be satisfied until the Effective Time) have been satisfied and nothing has occurred and no condition exists that would cause any of the conditions set forth in Section 6.1 or Section 6.2 not to be satisfied assuming the Effective Time were to be scheduled for any time during such consecutive 21 business day period, and (c) the Company shall have provided all cooperation which it is obligated to provide under the terms of Section 5.5. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the “Marketing Period” shall not commence and shall be deemed not to have commenced if, on or prior to the completion of such consecutive 21 business day period, (x) the Company shall have announced any intention to restate any financial statements or financial information included in the Required Information or that any such restatement is under consideration or may be a possibility, in which case the Marketing Period will be deemed not to commence unless and until such restatement has been completed and the applicable Required Information has been amended or the Company has announced that it has concluded that no restatement shall be required, (y) the Company shall have failed to file any report with the applicable Securities Authorities when due, in which case the Marketing Period will be deemed not to commence unless and until all such reports have been filed, or (z) the Required Information would not be Compliant throughout and on the last day of such 21 business day period, in which case a new 21 business day period shall commence upon Parent, Merger Sub and their financing sources receiving updated Required Information that would be Compliant, and the requirements in clauses (a) and (b) above would be satisfied throughout and on the last day of such new 21 business day period. In no event may a “Marketing Period” commence any later than July 27, 2010, unless at Parent’s election a Marketing Period commenced after such date terminates no later than August 24, 2010.
