Advertising Allowance definition

Advertising Allowance shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.(G) below.
Advertising Allowance means sums agreed upon by the parties to be used to promote the sale of Licensed Products including, but not limited to cooperative advertising costs and market development funds.
Advertising Allowance means on any date an amount, determined as of the last day of each calender month, equal to the aggregate amounts maintained as liabilities on the general ledger of the Originator for rebate and allowance programs.
