Advertising Area definition

Advertising Area means any area within an Operator Station the subject of an agreement entitling a third party to place advertisements within the area, or such other area as may be nominated by the Advertising Concessionaire pursuant to paragraph 14.3 of Schedule 2.2 (List of Concession Services);
Advertising Area means the advertising areas on Portions of the External Walls (having dimensions as specified in the Third Schedule hereto) of the Building (as defined hereinbelow) which is for identification purpose only shown coloured pink on the plan (Plan No. GPA H20951) annexed hereto.

More Definitions of Advertising Area

Advertising Area means that portion of the advertising face of an advertising device which includes the border and trim thereof, but excludes the base and apron supports and other structural members.
