Advertising Impression definition

Advertising Impression means (i) a banner or other GIF advertisement for HealthCentral and/or any of its Affiliates; (ii) a Text Link Advertisement to the HealthCentral Site; or (iii) a Contextual Advertising Unit.
Advertising Impression means the one-time display of a graphic advertisement on an electronic site on the Internet or an on-line service.
Advertising Impression means every instance that an Internet user views a Co-Branded Page, which contains a Banner Advertisement.

  • Marketing Materials has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;

  • Product Labeling means (a) the full prescribing information for the Product approved by the applicable Regulatory Authority, and (b) all labels and other written, printed or graphic information included in or placed upon any container, wrapper or package insert used with or for the Product.

  • Tablet means a solid preparation containing a single serving of THC or other cannabinoid that is intended to be swallowed whole, and that is not formulated to be chewable, dispersible, effervescent, orally disintegrating, used as a suspension, or consumed in a manner other than swallowed whole, and that does not contain any added natural or artificial flavor or sweetener.

  • Training Materials means any and all materials, documentation, notebooks, forms, diagrams, manuals and other written materials and tangible objects, describing how to maintain the Facilities, including any corrections, improvements and enhancements thereto to the Bloom Systems which are delivered by Operator to Owner, but excluding any data and reports delivered to Owner.
