Advertising Program definition

Advertising Program means the relief provided to the Class of up to One Thousand United States Dollars ($1,000) to each Settlement Class Member of an advertising benefit, not exceeding a total of Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars ($500,000) to the entire Class, as further described in Paragraph 18 of this Settlement Agreement and Exhibit B.
Advertising Program means an audiovisual production containing advertising usually with duration of over 120 (one hundred twenty) seconds;
Advertising Program means a Sponsor's particular selection and purchase of advertising space and services for publication of its Advertisements on Netscape's U.S. English-language Web Site, a copy of which Advertising Program is included on the Cover Sheet.

  • Advertising device means any device or object erected or located so as to attract public attention to any goods or services or facilities or events and includes flags, banners, pennants and lights;

  • advertising structure means any screen, fence, wall or other physical structure or object erected to display an advertisement or which is in itself an advertisement or used to display an advertisement.

  • Video programming means programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.

  • Promotional Material means all material used in the promotion of, or otherwise in connection with, the Business (whether written or recorded in any other medium) and includes artwork, advertising materials (irrespective of the medium in which they are recorded), display materials, packaging materials, brochures, posters and internal and external signage.

  • Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of a Product.

  • Promotions When an employee is promoted to a classification in a higher grade, he will move to the next higher rate within his new grade with a minimum increase of $15.00 per week, effective at the time of his promotion. However, this rate cannot exceed the maximum rate of the job on the wage schedule.

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.

  • Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;

  • Co-Promotion means those detailing and promotional activities (including performing sales calls) with respect to a Collaboration Product undertaken by or on behalf of either Party to encourage appropriate prescribing of such Collaboration Product in the U.S. in accordance with Section 8 and any Co-Promotion Agreement. When used as a verb, “to Co-Promote” means to engage in Co-Promotion, and “Co-Promoted” has a corresponding meaning.

  • Advertising Costs The Company will determine with the Agent the amount of advertising that may be appropriate in soliciting offers to purchase the Book-Entry Notes. Advertising expenses will be paid by the Company.

  • Licensed Programs means, collectively, NeoSystems’ and any Third Party Vendor computer software programs to be provided to Client for use on certain hardware on Client’s premises or a third party’s premises as set forth in an Agreement. The Licensed Programs shall include any fixes, work-arounds, updates, revisions, modifications, enhancements and any derivative works that are provided to Client by NeoSystems under an Agreement.
