Advice of Purchase definition

Advice of Purchase means AEON Credit’s advice of purchase to the Customer confirming the purchase of the Commodity by AEON Credit from the Commodity Supplier substantially in the form as set out in Schedule 2 of these Terms and Conditions;

Related to Advice of Purchase

  • Margin of purchase preference means the maximum extent to which the price quoted by a local supplier may be above the L1 for the purpose of purchase preference.

  • Knowledge of Buyer Means the actual knowledge of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx.

  • Subscription Settlement Date means the second Valuation Date after the Subscription Trade Date, provided that such Valuation Date is not a Disrupted Day and that such Valuation Date is both a Currency Business Day and a Clearing System Business Day.

  • Public purchase means a purchase by means of competitive bids of goods, services, or materials by the State or any of its political subdivisions or public agencies on whose behalf the Attorney General may bring an action pursuant to subdivision (c) of Section 16750 of the Business and Professions Code.

  • Related Agreement means any Contract which is or is to be entered into at the Closing or otherwise pursuant to this Agreement. The Related Agreements executed by a specified Person shall be referred to as "such Person's Related Agreements," "its Related Agreements" or another similar expression.
