Advisors II means the Partnership, references to a “Borrower” shall include the Partnership in its capacity as a borrower unless such defined term refers solely to a borrower other than the Partnership, or to a class of loans to a different borrower, and “Credit Parties” shall mean the Company, the Operating Partnerships and their respective Subsidiaries.

  • The name of the Partnership is “OZ Advisors II LP.” The name of the Partnership may be changed from time to time by the General Partner.
