Advisory Bodies definition

Advisory Bodies means any advisory bodies established pursuant to Article 100;
Advisory Bodies means any advisory bodies established pursuant to Article 1001;
Advisory Bodies as used in this rule, means any multimember body created by the Judicial Council to review issues and report to the council. For purposes of this rule, subcommittees that are composed of less than a majority of the members of the advisory body are not advisory bodies. However, standing subcommittees that are charged with addressing a topic as a continuing matter are advisory bodies for purposes of this rule irrespective of their composition.

  • OLE staff will provide active staff representation and participation in support of Pacific Council meetings and Advisory Body meetings as appointed, to provide enforcement-related advice to the Pacific Council, its various Advisory Bodies, and other entities, as appropriate.

  • The Pacific Council staff is responsible for facilitating input of scientific, technical, and policy analysis and advice from these Advisory Bodies to Pacific Council Members and the public in the form of written statements and documents presented at Pacific Council meetings.

  • Staff and/or the Advisory Bodies may make recommendations to the Coordinating Board for specific funding requests.

  • The Advisory Bodies (collectively defined as the Coordinating Board, Consumer Advisory Council, and Funder Alignment Committee, and subcommittees and advisory groups convened by the Coordinating Board) together with the broader CoC, are jointly responsible for implementing the Plan.

  • NOAA GC staff will attend Pacific Council meetings, will make every effort to participate in Pacific Council Advisory Bodies to which they have been appointed, and will participate in meetings of other Advisory Bodies as needed, subject to availability.

  • Advisory Board means the Long-Term Care Facility Advisory Board;

  • Professionals means those Persons (a) employed pursuant to an order of the Bankruptcy Court in accordance with Sections 327 or 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code and to be compensated for services pursuant to Sections 327, 328, 329, 330 and 331 of the Bankruptcy Code, or (b) for which compensation and reimbursement has been allowed by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to Section 503(b)(4) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Licensed Professional Engineer means a person acceptable to Buyer in its reasonable judgment who (a) is licensed to practice engineering in California, (b) has training and experience in the power industry specific to the technology of the Project, (c) has no economic relationship, association, or nexus with Seller or Buyer, other than to meet the obligations of Seller pursuant to this Agreement, (d) is not a representative of a consultant, engineer, contractor, designer or other individual involved in the development of the Project or of a manufacturer or supplier of any equipment installed at the Project, and (e) is licensed in an appropriate engineering discipline for the required certification being made.
