AEC Account definition
AEC Account means "Account" as defined in the AEC Custody Agreement.

Except as expressly provided herein, Lessee shall have no right to withdraw any of the Additional Enhancer Collateral from the AEC Account.
The Lessee agrees to maintain in the AEC Account with the AEC Custodian during the Term, pursuant to the AEC Custody Agreement and subject to the AEC Pledge Agreement, Additional Enhancer Collateral having an aggregate AEC Value at all times equal to or greater than the AEC Requirement.
