Yard Waste Recycling and Marketing Services or “Services” - means all of the duties, obligations, and services to be provided to the Authority by the Contractor that are related to the collection, transportation, separation, processing, storage, purchase, sale or distribution or any combination thereof of Acceptable Yard Materials and return of said processed materials to the economic mainstream in the form of raw materials or products.
